I spoke with a recruiter on the phone, followed by 1 zoom call and 1 in person meeting. I was rewarded an offer letter by email shortly after the in person meeting and started 2 weeks later.

It was about 45 min of questions during both the zoom call and in person. It ranged from questions about my previous experience to how I think about solving problems.

Spoke with a recruiter who knew very little about the position, but explained the hiring manager would have more details. The hiring manager was the most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered in my life. She took the interview in a t-shirt. I should have ended the call right there. After explaining my skill set she let me know the work was able to be done in a hybrid model. I accepted the position because of her discussion with me. 4 weeks into the position (while I’m working from home with Covid) this manager changes her mind about everything we discussed during the interview. Things quickly go downhill from here. This manager had only been in charge for 4 months, I was made aware that she had issues with two other employees in that short stint. Overall, I would avoid this company like the plague.
