Interview was achieved through Skype, and the entire process was very professional and welcoming. Vanessa described the open positions available to me, and clearly outlined what was expected of an ideal candidate. Venterra seems like a great company to work for, not only because of their core values but because of the professionalism of the interviewer. Vanessa was positive, informative and direct.

First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
