Soon after applying, I was contacted by the recruiting department to set up an interview with the talent acquisition manager. We had a virtual meeting in which she asked competent, efficient questions about my experience and resume that really got to the heart of whether I would be a good fit for the company. The interview was both comfortable and straightforward. Three days after this virtual interview I had another one with the Senior Regional Manager. She also was personable but direct with her questions. Once again I felt I was able to give a good picture of myself and my skills while still feeling at ease. A few days later I had my final interview with a regional property manager in person. The interview was very in depth, informative, and conversational and lasted a couple hours. I was really able to learn more about the company and its core values. I was contacted with an offer only hours after this interview. The entire interview process was among the best I have ever been through. It was efficient, timely, and purposeful, yet comfortable and friendly. Every person I met with was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely competent and focused on asking intelligent questions as well as giving me answers.
