I did a Skype interview with Vanessa. I never did a Skype interview before so I was kinda nervous but Vanessa made it feel very casual and friendly. She did a great job of making things clear. She asked why I chose them and asked me a little bit about myself. It lasted about 15 overall. She forwarded my information to the place I applied and I am now waiting to hear back from them.

The interview process was smooth and easy, the interviewer made me feel comfortable and he was very relaxed which made me feel good. And I was getting great response from him and updates regarding the interview.

First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
