You apply, and they make you take a test. They won't give you a solid answer on compensation, and they make you watch a 15-minute video. When I found out it's an in-office position for about 70K base to sell IT products, I backed out. The recruiter kept changing the interview times anyway—very disorganized.

I first met with a young woman for a screening interview. She was polite, but not able to answer many questions and it seemed a little strange. The second interview was with one of the owners. This interview went well, but the company insists on 100% on-site which in the Tech industry for an outside sales role seems out of step and a bit micro-managey side, and I did not make it to the next round. I was not disappointed. My impression was that it was one of those "we're a family here" places and I am not interested in that environment. Give me a place that understands that employees are not family in any way please, but to each his own.
