Roughly 4 weeks between application and offer. However, it could have been much quicker if I had had a freer schedule during the process. The team is very responsive. Everyone I met along the way was very pleasant. A few business days after applying online I received an invitation to schedule a behavioral video call with a recruiter (round 1) to discuss my background, experience, and goals and to answer some behavioral questions. A few hours after the call, I received a link to complete the next step, an online coding challenge (round 2). 80 min to complete 2 easy to medium level Leetcode style questions. After successfully completing this, and waiting for one of their engineers to review my code, I was invited to participate in a 3-hr virtual "team day" interview (round 3). This included casual conversation about myself and their engineer development program, behavioral questions, technical interview, and discussion about my experience and various essential programming principles.
