The interview for Veeva germany. It was an online interview. The first round was for half and hour and very comfortable. I was told it was a 4 step process - Preliminary round, life history round, writinf assigmnment and interview with department head. The second round was weird as it consisted of one hour of complete personal questions beginning from childhood to present (like why did you decide to do this school, this city, this course etc , why did you decide to work ) and your skills and motivation would be judged based on that !!! I have attended several interviews in germany but this one was the only one which I felt digressed from professinal questions, or asessing a candidiate based on their current skills and professional experience. This is not at all a typical interview interview process of any companies in Germany. I receieved a rejection immediately after the one hour interview.
