This is the most awkward interview process I had seen in the recent past, where the manager is asking the candidate to call after 5 for the interview which the culture of the company reflects. Stay away from the process/company if possible.

HR round discussing about my experience and background. Hiring Manager round, but it was a coding interview. Interview process was pretty slow and though interviewer nice, I felt was not much interactive and didn't seem to gauge the interviewee based on thinking approach.
