A phone call with the recruiter, a second phone call with whoever is managing the territory at the time (it changes constantly), then a call with Harvey Weinstein. Not really, but it's basically the same guy.

Interview was easy going. More of a personality assessment. Sales experience is good to have, but not a must. Know your audience before going into this. Check our the products and site beforehand.

From the moment I apply online for the job and get in touch with the recruiter, the process took about 4 months until I finaly got hirred. I had about 5 interviews, 2 rollplays. For one of the interviews I had to fly tto Dublin for and they pay the expences. No relocation package after highering.
