I was simply asked to give my resume and sit in a small room which seemed more like a reception area. The person interviewing did not ask any Oracle related questions and the talk was very general centered around work timings and salary. On mentioning the fact that being a female it will not be possible to start at 6pm and stay till late, the person immediately changed the tone of the conversation and indirectly posted points that seemed they are not interested. Also, the expected CTC which had already been discussed prior to visiting them did not meet a satisfactory response. The person interviewing had little knowledge on Oracle.
