Large stretches of silence mixed into five separate rounds of phone screens and in person interviews. After five weeks of interviewing I reached out to Vector to inform them that I had received another offer and asked for an update/timeline on the process. - I was promised a call back, unfortunately I never received one and moved on. I will say that everyone I had an opportunity to interact with was passionate and very transparent about the position. Hopefully, this criticism is taken as a learning and the Vector team uses it as opportunity to improve the process going forward.
