I was brought in to talk sales manager and then called back in about a week to talk to the branch VP. After that I was notified in about two weeks. The entire process, including background check took about a month.

Interview was brief and simple. No tough questions were asked. I wish more details were explained better. Especially, about pay guarantee for the first 3 months. At first, it sounds great. But each month it dwindles and after your third month, goes to commission only, which is really tough in this type of industry.
