You come in and they will have you fill out a physical application. As you sit there more candidates will show up. After a few minutes someone will meet with you and they will ask you a few questions in the office, then they will have you go sit back down in the lobby. After they have met with all of the other candidates, the interview will become a group interview. So yourself, and the rest of the candidates will sit through videos and participate with the trainer in questions and demonstrations. This process is tedious so make sure you have reliable transportation. If you are getting dropped off or have an Uber go ahead and set aside an hour and a half time gap until they return to get you. Anyways once the group interview is over, the trainer/representative will call everyone into the office individually and disclose if you'd be a great fit for the company.

It was a group interview that was conducted mainly to introduce the possible employees to the company; what they do and the experience that we would gain. In the end of the interview was a questionnaire for those that had attended the interview.

I applied for the job online. in a matter of minutes I received am email asking me for my available for an interview. The following day, which was a Sunday I was asked if I could make an interview at 6:45pm that day. I asked for another interview time. They asked me to dress professionally but when I arrived at the the office no one was dressed professionally and they were very unprofessional and unorganized in the manner that we conducted the interview. The interview was a group interview which basically was about making small talk and presenting the knife products from a company called "Cut Co". Which is not what was originally discussed via phone interview Basically everyone that came to the interview was hired. It seems as though any student with a pulse is hired.
