I was contacted by a member of the New York HR team to set up a phone interview. 10 days after the phone interview I received an email (from the same person) after 5pm on a Tuesday to see if I could meet at 1:00pm the next day. She told me to ask for her when I arrived. I arrived on time and she wasn't there. I waited 25 minutes and I was brought to a room where I waited for a few more minutes. Then I met with someone who seemed annoyed and inconvenienced to have to meet with me and he was looking at his phone the whole time, barely made eye contact. After speaking to me for 3 minutes he decides that I am not what they are looking for because apparently the job description had changed. Total waste of time.
Recruiter - who is VP level, ghosts candidates and is not respectful of the time candidates take to interview. I emailed 3 times asking if I was still being considered with no response. Very unprofessional.

Entrevista
I had 5 interviews over the course of 8 days. The role was for "immediate hire," except after the 8 days wrapped, it was radio silence for over a month. Getting ghosted after 5 interviews is deeply unprofessional, inconsiderate, and honestly just overall unacceptable.
I had reached out multiple times to follow up, ask about expected timelines, and even ask if the role was still available. Nothing.
So much wasted time, energy, and excitement for a company I had looked up to.
