First HR Call:
The initial interview with HR to discuss your background, skills, and motivation for applying.
Second Interview with Lead and HR:
A more in-depth interview with a team lead and HR to assess technical skills, problem-solving, and team fit.
Final Managerial Round:
The last stage involving an interview with a manager to evaluate your overall suitability for the position and team.
Interview was smooth and clear. the goals were clear as well and the questions weren't complex.
60% personality questions and 40% technical and unfortunately, i wasn't lucky enough to get an offer
