Had a call with a recruiter, then a tech interview, everything went well, they told me they will contact me for next steps and I did not receive a response to any of emails after that.

They reach me out in LinkedIn and schedule a meeting. Not a negative work or feedback from the recruiter, every requirement and experience was aligned with them. Than I received an email just saying that they decided that I did not pass to start a technical step. If they reached me out and not the other way and they didn't make any technical interview, how did they decide on that?
