The interview was a 1 hour Teams Meeting with a fairly unprofessional HR manager. The manager was new to the job and it showed. He did very little to indicate that Vapaus was a place you would want to work.

There really were no questions, it was more of an exchange of general information about my work history and the recruiter giving information about Vapaus.
