      Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 7 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Vanta en jun 2024

      Entrevista

      Applied via referral. Slow moving and unclear timeline throughout. 5 steps over 7 weeks. Recruiter Screen -> Dir. Ent Sales Interview - Pipeline Generation Deep Dive and Deal Review -> Peer Interview -> Discovery Role Play w Sr. Dir. Ent Sales. Received positive feedback at every step of the way until the role play. Was advised role play would be 30 mins when it was actually only 15 mins. I'm okay being flexible but 15 minutes provides little time to get to any depth of pain / issues. I was told the Sr. Dir. was to provide feedback / coaching after the role play. He pointed out one point in the role play that I could have asked a 2nd level question, but otherwise everything was great. A day after this step, moving forward with another candidate. Even upon soliciting feedack as a means of personal development, none was given. Bizarre to have the parameters of the interview changed so drastically and no feedback given after a lengthy and involved process.

      Entrevista

      The interview experience was fairly quick, and I went from an initial screen with the recruiter to an offer in a little under 2 weeks. The hiring manager interview was fairly conversational, but still focused on relevant skills, approach to doing the job and cultural fit. I subsequently did a presentation, which fairly tested my capabilities to do the role without being a massive time investment to prepare. Overall the process was straightforward, transparent and everyone I met was quite friendly and engaged.

      They often asked me to assess myself, asking how I felt certain parts went, where things may have done better and to reflect on the process in general. They would also follow up asking for specifics, rather than letting the response stay at a high level.

      Enjoyable process, expectations were met on steps and timing, included discussions and presentations on pipeline generation deep dive, deal review, values review, first call deck pitch, and peer review (not in that order). Best guidance I can give is to take it all seriously, put in the prep.
