Everybody was very nice, however it did take more than 7 calls to reach a decision. The peer interview was the part I disliked the most. It did not feel like I was set up for success. I was not given any positive feedback, only "constructive" which I used in a second try. When I used the feedback and key elements shared with me, I was told I should have been more prepared, although the point of this exercice was to be "coachable". I felt the rules of the interview that were shared with me, were not clear for the person interviewing me. A lot of energy was put in the interview and very little objective feedback was given. Looks like an interesting company - but they have to improve on the candidate experience.
Long process but thought provoking. There were 5 steps and I got to the fourth, I wasn't sure how many other people were being considered at that point. It was a good process but I would've like to know where I stood

The process began with a recruiter screening, seems to proceed to manager meeting, then panel round for the final interview in the process. The recruiter seemed disoriented, transferred between two recruiters, then back to the original recruiter. They last minute rescheduled meetings, then rescheduled again, and then finally showed up late to the call. Further meetings were established, missed, and then ultimately a generic email was sent denying the proceeding of future round interviews.
The company has poor reviews already, but I felt I'd give them an honest try. If things are this poor starting at recruiting, the rumors must be true. Would not recommend this company to future employees.
