The interview was easy for me but overall it felt like a waste of time. They do a group interview of 5 that took nearly 2 hours. They would have been better off doing 15-30 minute private interviews. They would call you in random order to answer the questions. It was rather awkward because the applicants were so young (17-20) and some of them struggled to answer the questions.
The 21 year old managers ask every single one of us how old we are? Just ask if we're over 18! It seemed unprofessional and illegal?
The "perks" were not impressive to me. Pizza party for meeting sales goals? No thanks. I had a previous job where pizza/ snacks/ soft drinks were regularly provided at staff meetings.
I didn't get a call back, but I don't think I fit in with the vibe with this particular store/ staff anyway. No hard feelings.

Easy and laid back you'll usually do it with another person who is also interviewing for the job. Pretty simple questions such as previous work history and how you deal with people in crowds which you will be dealing with a lot.

Mostly how you deal with and overwhelming amount of people
Asked basic questions like what you do in fast paced environment, availability, etc. Talked a lot about sales goals. Those are very important. Also what hobbies you like, where you’d thrive most. Was around 15 minutes.
The interview process was really nice & smooth. The HM not only shared the work life and company, but wanted to know more about me and my work. It was a very laid-back interview and kind-of informal, but in a relaxed way.
