I met them at AfroTech and they reached out to me months later. It was a phone interview, 30 minutes long. The interviewer was professional; it was nice and easy.

Tell me about yourself. how do you handle conflicts? Mostly behavioral questions
Initial hacker rank test. One hour, 10 to 15 questions. 4 basic SQL questions. 1 more intermediate, but ran out of time. The other remaining questions were multiple choice about statistics and hypothesis testing, and also some with basic math.
If you pass hacker rank, it led to a case study interview, but not really about statistics. It aligns with a McKinsey case study type interview, about profit, metrics, is this good or bad, etc...

Entrevista
Not hard, take home tech stack with questions and prompt, answer in presentation style. Questions were typical and interviewers were nice. Overall a good experience and got news back next day
