Phone interview was about fifteen minutes and the woman let me now at the end of the call that I would be moving onto the next round. Then a one day long interview where I interviewed with 3 different employees (from staff to senior) and they either asked me STAR based questions or we casually talked about my previous experiences and interests.

Typical star interview process with several levels of management. It is a slow process and you should expect several weeks of delay between interview and decision. Further expect that the typically salary is lower than others because of the benefits offered.

Entrevista
2 part interview process. The first interview was a brief 15 min phone interview to see if you are a good fit for the company. The second interview was an all-day in-person event.
The day has multiple events throughout the day.
