Awkward, told the recruiter all about why I was excited to work at Vanguard and how looking into Vanguards history made me want to work there even more. Had to repeat that multiple times. Than had to repeat myself so many times to get them to write what I said. Recruiter wasn’t even from Vanguard and couldn’t answer any of my questions about the company or position.

Two stage interview process but it was good, two people interviewed me at the first stage and last stage was with a senior manager. They seemed friendly but nice. Interview was rather tough.
