I interviewed with those beginning of 2022 for a Customer Succes Manager role. At the invitation stage I was not told who am I going to be interviewed by. The interview was with their Founder & CEO, which to my surprise turned out to be a rather impolite and unknowledgeable, strange old guy. From the beginning I was asked all sorts of irrelevant to the role questions, and was given very little information about the company etc. That person seems he decided that I was not suitable for the role as my “past experience was not a match”, from only the first couple of minutes of our discussion, as he later let me know. That struck me strange as he never asked relevant questions, neither gave any info on the role etc. When I asked him why he selected me for that interview, as my experience is very openly written on my CV and there’s nothing secret about it, he started telling all sorts of nonsense, including that the specific role was not any more available (even though the ad was still there…), and had something else in his mind. What was that thing, he never spoke about. Anyways, long story short that was a total waste of time of an interview, and I wouldn’t encourage you to even apply to them. I can imagine how poorly that company is ran, having seen who is the head.
