First round was a phone screen with talent partner. It was nice and friendly. The virtual interview is around 45mins including a phone pitch. Got a rejection after 48 hours and the feedback is very strange. They were saying that I got rejected due to flat tonality during my phone pitch however that is not true. They were very cautious that I said that I was unable to achieve target at beginning of my previous role. looks like this company does not tolerate any learning process which is so wrong.
