I was interviewed by a supervisor with extensive knowledge of the role and clear expectations in regards to skills. He was informative but also answered questions without hesitation and I was most impressed when I asked a question that he did not have an answer to, yet he admitted to not knowing and being willing to find out (just before writing down the question for his notes).
