Several phone and in-person interviews, they were very slow and methodical in this process. It was somewhat painstaking and it felt like they were not in a hurry. After two separate phone interviews there were 3 in-person interviews, one with the Senior Manager and one with a Commodity manager. After the interviews there was a long lag between the last interview and a job offer.
