It's a three-stage process. The first meeting is more of a presentation by the management team, who tell you about the company and allow you to ask questions throughout. Which is highly valuable for the rest of the process, and gives you an opportunity to get an in-depth understanding of the company early on in the process.
The second stage is a three-part sales assignment that incorporates and tests relevant skills like lead generation, company research, and presenting. This is a great opportunity to explore the skills relevant too the company and get an insight into how VXT works.
Finally, there is a more traditional interview which is reasonably difficult. The CEO & CRO do an excellent job of creating a welcoming environment, so I found myself quite relaxed throughout.
