VTS reached out to me through LinkedIn. I researched Company, and got excited about the possibilities. Had initial phone interview that went well . I sent a well composed thank you letter. Never heard from them again!
This unprofessional, thoughtless behavior is perhaps telling of how they treat their staff.
Crazy that Companies assign the least qualified to screen applicants for positions in their Company!

Firstly, HR sent me a meeting invite for a telephone interview. She called and hang up in 2 seconds. I emailed right away and asked her to call back again, which she never did. So I called her instead, and she never picked it up. I just don't get this HR behavior these days. I mean, why would you want to waste our time? Just be transparent and honest.
