Had a phone interview with an inexperienced HR rep. She didn’t fully understand the needs of the role, and wasn’t well versed in IT so she didn’t understand my experience. However, she made it clear that the executives would want to meet with me, as I had experience in areas they didn’t originally consider. About two weeks later I got a generic email telling me I was no longer considered. I reached out to HR for feedback, to learn from the experience. No response.
