After applying online, I was invited to do a logical test, which was time-consuming. I then go no feedback for 4 weeks+. This is when the HR based in Brasil invited me for a Zoom interview with the Head in Singapore.
The interview went well, and the salary I asked for was within the stated online. I then received an invite to complete a case study but the next day, I receive another email from HR saying I wasn't shortlisted with no further feedback despite me asking for some pointers at least.
A few months later, they haven't hired anyone and reposted the job ads multiple times with lower and lower salary ranges.
The least that could have been done is to provide feedback on why they rejected my application. I felt they were just fishing for information on the market than actually looking to hire someone
