You will have an interview with 2-4 different employees, including the Front Desk Supervisor, General Manager, and then managers from different departments or properties will sit in on these as well. Questions you're likely to be asked are what is your biggest strength and weakness, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what makes you want to work here, what do you look for in an employer, tell about a time when you creatively solved a problem at work, some questions about "what would you do if."

You first meet with HR and take this DISC test . They evaluate you and see if you have a personality to work the position you applied for. Then two weeks later they set up a second interview with the General Mangaer of one of the three properties(whichever one is available). If they decide to hire you ,you then meet for a third interview with one of the presidents of the company (usually Michele) . So it is about a month process and you have to go through those three interviews before hiring which is a little much when the pay is so low.
