First level = Virtual Interview. Took two days to confirm the time. To the interview, HR was 7 minutes late. Left no time at the end for questions because they had to go to another interview. Typical situational interview questions (Tell me about a time when…). Position offered (remote, out of head office) was not the position applied for (in-person, different city). The salary range was so low, I withdrew my application. Didn’t receive a response. Poor communication and respect for others’ time.

Interviewed with HR via video call, then the branch manager a week later. The interviews were straight forward and both people were nice to me. I find if you show you're eager and excited about the opportunity it can go a long way. (not over excited)
