The process is smooth and pretty quick, usually 3- 4 round including Technical-1 or 2, Hiring manager or Director, HR. The process usually take up to 2 weeks to complete and to get the offer letter

Panel/Work Sample Simulation. We ask you to research and prepare a 10 minute presentation on AWS Reserved Instance and Savings Plans The presentation is intended to be part of a role-playing exercise where you are presenting to a customer who is asking about AWS RIs and SPs. The customer has a high AWS EC2 cost and wants to reduce it. The customer has heard people talking about “RIs” and “SPs” and wants to understand them better and use them to save money What are they? How are they similar? How are they different? Which one should I use? You are free to use whatever format works best for you (i.e. PowerPoint, Whiteboard, etc and you should expect to take questions after the presentation). Preparation is really important so I suggest to give full priority to this to prepare the best interview. The duration of the entire interview will be of 90 minutes
Good, and all the manager treats employee very well, I thought that everyone in VMware are the treasure, I'm happy with the whole interview process. It's super chill and comfortable.
