Entrevista
I appeared for SRE Devops. Total 4 rounds 3 technical round and one HM round. After appearing to 3 technical round I got a mail you are sort listed and next round will be With HM. In the HM round, first interviewer joined late 5 minutes which is manageable. It started with introduction of mine and HM also introduced him and the work they do. There were few generic conceptual and situational question which I answered as per my thought process but interviewer want to listen his way only. As usual a task can be done in many ways. I felt Interviewer was arrogant and rude. When I was asked to ask something, I asked about my feedback just for my sake not for the position. Interviewer told me that I am not suppose to give you but still he gave and few things he told me. In between I try to ask something but he cut down me and said in very rude tone like “I am not finished yet” I mean who talk like this with such arrogance. Another point he mention was “ I do not know how you clear Kubernetes question because you don’t have demonstrated experience in it, we want some one who has experience in it”. Then my point is, I mentioned the same in my resume, though I learned Kubernetes by myself and I managed to clear all technical rounds, and now in the last round if you say that you are looking for experienced person in Kubernetes then why did you guys wasted my time. It means your HR and interviewer are not capable enough to find this. Please change your process of interviewing first keep the Hiring Manager round then go for the technical rounds. Ask the interview to behave like interviewer not like egoistic person.

Entrevista
First technical round consisted of qyestions from DSA, OS, Networking and C++. The second technical round Unix, DBMS, problem solving and OS was tested, also major emphasis on the technologies used in any of the project you would like to explain. The third round was manegerial round, where more of project was asked and the basic work ethic questions. The fourth round was HR round. I failed the manegerial round.
