I applied for the role via an ad on Linkedin. I was contacted my a lead generator a day or two later. I was then contacted by an HR Recruiter who did about a 20 minute phone screening. After passing that interview I was scheduled for an Interview with the hiring manager located in CA. Spent about 1 hour on the phone with him. That interview went well enough for an Interview with one of his peers and direct reports. Both were scheduled on the same day and lasted about 45 minutes each. I received positive feedback for all interviews but was determined my background really didn't fit the role. The whole process took about 3 weeks. I walked away with a pretty good impression of the team and the company overall. Just thought the whole process was a little longer than needed.
