Entrevista
I was contacted by someone in HR at VMware who told me one of the Austin Sales Managers would be reaching out to me to set up a phone interview. I got an email from the manager a few days later and we talked the day after. We went over my resume (in depth), he asked behavioral questions, performance questions, and I asked him about the job. A week later I had another phone interview with a different sales manager. It was pretty much the same format. The interview experience was great.

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. Upon receiving great feedback and plans to move forward to next steps the recruiter went dark. I politely followed up via email asking for feedback but never heard back.

I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.

They asked me several questions about my opinions on working remote vs onsite. The impression that it left me with is they are trying to get back fully onsite for inside sales.
