They did a phone interview with recruiter and several future colleagues and one solutions architect, followed by one in-person interview. Interviews were focused on my background and previous accomplishments, and were neither technical nor behavioral. In-person interview was in a restaurant, rather than the office.
This was followed pretty quickly by an offer, which I accepted. The internal recruiter guided the process competently along.
