Quick and easy (but not TOO easy). A recruiter call to gauge my interest, followed by an informal chat with the hiring manager. When it seemed my chemistry and background were right, had a formal interview with the hiring manager and someone else at their level. Final task was a panel interview with task/presentation. Panel included hiring manager and six very senior people. The tasks was significant and challenging.
