very bad no time sense don't know how to behave wid candidates please don't join this company. this company is running from past 25 years . still no progress except company family members getting good progress

This was by far the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. The process started with an aptitude + technical round, which I cleared. After that, I was informed there would be Technical Round 2, Technical Round 3, and then HR. However, it has been over 3 months and I was never even called for the second technical round. The company’s recruitment process is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and shows zero respect for candidates’ time and effort. If they cannot manage their own interview schedules or provide timely communication/updates.
