It was a group interview where everyone would gather and they'd call upon us, 2 people at a time interviewing once separately between 2 of the heads of VIPeople. It's entry level, all you have to do firstly is SMILE and have a good attitude, as well as show willingness to work, great communication/interpersonal skills, and adaptability & problem solving skills. Skills in more than one language are helpful too as they dispatch staff and various events around the state.
