First, you submit a video demo with a short lesson, then you do training modules, then you have a mock class with an experienced VIPKID teacher. Be high energy, smile a lot, have a background like an alphabet chart, and use teaching props.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
