The interview process should have been simple. I had to create a video showing who I was and then a few days later I was called. I was asked to put together a lesson plan and teach via there verision of skype.

Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
