It was very fast between applying and the interview. Interview was online. Did a mock class with an adult. I enjoyed the interview process. Unfortunately did not get an offer.

South Africans, don't waste your time or energy. They are just doing data collection on you, you won't actually get hired. The company is unprofessional and nationalistic.
There are many better employing companies that treat applicants and employees respectfully.

I applied online and had one mock interview. I prepared for the interview by reading the slides and watching YouTube videos. I went around the house grabbing props and a white board.

1st step Demo Video - to get a understanding of a persons personality
2nd step Mock 1 Class - teaching a lesson for a low level and higher level student
3rd step Mock 2 Class - depending on how Mock 1 went determines if you will have to do this step
