Entrevista
It began with an online application, followed by a phone interview, and two Skype-like interviews teaching mock classes. The mock classes did require some preparation. I think there were also some initial videos to watch to help prepare for the interview. Overall, it wasn't a hard interview process. I think VIPKID is constantly looking for teacher, so they probably hire a good number of people that apply--at least if they show any kind of potential.

The most difficult part of the interview was preparing to teach a mock class.
just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
