Entrevista
The interview was fairly similar. It started with the interview questions which was "describe your teaching experience", "what's your highest level of education" and "do you have experience teaching ESL?" After, we went straight to the demo. I practiced a few times before the interview after watching some videos online. I already had a few props such as, a white board, stuffed animals, chalk board. I used the TPR that they talk about and I was very interactive with her. The interviewer was a Chinese lady who acted like a 5 year old. She was very good at really acting like a student. After the demo was over she asked me about the 7.5 hour commitment. She also gave me in detail feedback. I didn't agree with everything she said. She said I could use more props, but I used multiple props on every slide. And she also said my time management was good when I felt like my timing was fast. Either way, I was offered the job. She told me congratulations and that I would be sent a contract to sign and do all my paperwork within the next day. I will have to teach the 2 practicums and she said 5 hours of training videos. I haven't started it yet, but doesn't seem too bad. Also, there is a very strict time limit, so don't apply unless you have 2 weeks free. She immediately told me what I would be making which was nice. The contract is for 6 months.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
