Red Flag - hiring process lasted more than 3 months with no final word/closure. 4 interview calls and one lengthy audit homework assignment. The process was long drawn out - exactly three months and I walked away even though I was still being kept on hold that I was a possible candidate for the role. This process was frustrating and seemed like the team was Indecisive or disorganized. There was no closure or final word. It is not right to keep someone hanging for this long . I have a hunch that the recruiter was told to keep me on back burner and maybe they were going to outsource - he has a tough job to do that, if that is the case.
