Entrevista
It was a telephone interview; so we were only two.
It has been programmed with a phone call before 2 days from the manager.
It was introduced well; I was able to make an accurate presentation of myself.
It lasted almost an hour.
The style of the interview, very open and friendly, gave me a sense of the culture of internal relations.

No structured interview, person did not review my resume before the interview, was more interested about my degrees and the companies I worked for.
Managers need more training in how to conduct interviews.

The organization follows different interview process for different job roles. The process initially starts with the on-line job advertisement ahead to several communication on primary contact, over phone interview, resume discussion and 1:1 interview in several steps.
