Applied and did an informal interview. Later was reached back out to for an interview. Once scheduled, the hiring manager had a last minute “meeting” and cancelled. I was asked about availability for next week and then was ghosted. Didn’t

At first the interview process was great, the recruiter was very helpful & super responsive. Then they asked me to reserve various blocks of time in advance for potential interviews (which was annoying, but I understand that everyone is busy so trying to make things easier). After three successful interviews, I was then ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter for an update multiple times & did not get a response. It wasn't until I mentioned that I was interviewing with other opportunities and the suddenly the recruiter was super responsive. They kept asking questions about "these other opportunities" which were none of their business. All for them to waste even more of my time by setting up a final phone meeting for them to tell me they had selected another candidate. The whole process showed a total lack of respect for the candidate and I can only imagine what they treat employees like if this is how they treat candidates.
