My interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was an informal phone call with HR to discuss the role, some of your personal work experiences and for them to answer any questions you have. The second was with HR and someone within the team I would be working with. This was a zoom call. It went more into detail about the position and my personal experience and what I could bring to the position. The final round was with the whole team I'd be working with. This was also a zoom call. This was more in-depth with specific questions from each person. It was speaking on specifics of my personal experiences on my resume. They did not ask me anything that I wouldn't have been able to answer based on my past work experience. It was more of a conversation and them wanting to get to know me!
